Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment unless stated otherwise. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched. Orders received after 3 pm will begin processing on the next business day and that counts as "day 1".
2. Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The rates are displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Shipping Methods
- We offer the multiple shipping methods, please note the USPS time to ship is not part of my TAT. TAT is simple the time I have allowed myself to package your order, print shipping, send tracking and drop off at the post office. If there are issues within the USPS please let me know and we can try and figure out a solution.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If your location is not covered, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.
6. Customs and Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these additional charges. Flo + Co. Wholesale has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
7. Delays and Incidents
- Flo + Co. Wholesale is not responsible for any delays caused by natural disasters, customs processing, or any other unforeseen incidents. We will make every effort to communicate any significant delays promptly.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
- In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
